Next, you'll arrive at The Local Lather Hair Studio and be greeted by either me or another stylist. I will then take you back to my station, where I will walk you through a thorough consultation. We will plan out, not just your first visit, but a long-term plan to ensure all of your hair goals are met! If I believe that something won’t work for you, I will let you know my thoughts right away! Keep in mind, your first appointment may require extra time than my normal service appointments in order to give you a thorough consultation. Then after the initial service we can better determine how long a typical appointment will look like for you.

If you're here for a color, I will customize a formula just for you, and record it so that it's always ready and waiting at each visit.

If you are here for a cut, I will create a cut perfect for your face shape, lifestyle, and overall goals. Styling tips and tricks are always shared, and extended styling lessons are always available at an additional cost, if you want to learn easy DIY updo's or fun curling techniques! I want you to be able to achieve your style when you’re at home, so you don’t have to “take me home with you”! I also like to share tutorials and fun videos on my social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube).

We'll wrap up your visit by sharing my recommendations for at-home care and set you up with your next appointment(s), and any products you may need to achieve and maintain your new look. You will always hear me say “Call me if you have ANY problems at all” at the end of each and every visit, but you can expect a follow up within the week to ensure that your color/style is just as expected!
